Celebration of 25 years

As part of our June meeting, we celebrated long-time ABWA member Michelle Crone. As of June 27th, Michelle will have been an ABWA member of 25 years. That is an accomplishment in and of itself and worth celebrating. But Michelle’s involvement with ABWA isn’t just the longevity of her membership, but the many, many leadership positions she’s held, the committees she’s served on, the numerous ways she’s volunteered over the years and countless hours Michelle has given ABWA.

And the scholarship goes to…

Each year we have the opportunity to award a deserving college student a scholarship. This year we were honored to award Lara Miller our scholarship to aid in her tuition to Ivy Tech Community College where she is pursuing nursing. Our meeting also included a very interactive lesson from Leslee Hill about helping us manage stress and sleep better!
