Celebration of 25 years

As part of our June meeting, we celebrated long-time ABWA member Michelle Crone. As of June 27th, Michelle will be an ABWA member for 25 years. That is an accomplishment in and of itself and worth celebrating. But Michelle’s involvement with ABWA isn’t just the longevity of her membership, but the many, many leadership positions she’s held, the committees she’s served on, the numerous ways she’s volunteered over the years and countless hours Michelle has given ABWA.

Applauding Michelle’s ABWA involvement wouldn’t be complete without also mentioning the many awards she’s received. Her recognition resume is rather lengthy with prestigious awards such as Woman of The Year, ABWA Top 10, and many more. Our own Women of Magnitude Express Network wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for Michelle. She founded our group and has been instrumental in its growth. Currently, Michelle serves as the VP of Programming but has held several board roles for our league. She continues to be a wealth of ABWA information and serves our league behind the scenes in many ways.

Thank you, Michelle, for all that you do and for the ABWA example you set for us all.
